SimmonZ, LLC. is in the business of developing both hardware and software solutions for the industrial, medical, financial, sports, real estate, and entertainment industries.
Our staff has over 30 years of helping Fortune 500 companies create solutions to automate life's daily duties and there is a very good chance that if we don't have a solution for you, we can create one.
Our founder was one of the pioneers of advanced pattern recognition with voice recognition, image recognition, odor recognition, and thought recognition. He was also a pioneer in RF (radio frequency) technologies, installing the first commercially available full duplex wireless voice system in the 1980's.
Because the P.C. wasn't even invented when this technology was first being developed, our founder took his work experience at Intel and Bell Laboratories and developed his own computer / server systems, installing them in all parts of the world as an OEM to fortune 500 Companies. Hospitals around the world in GI (Gastroenterology), Cardiology, and Radiology still use these computer systems today. These systems were also installed in financial institutions as well as industrial & manufacturing plants.
And with sports, if you are a golfer, you may be interested in knowing that our founder applied his RF skills in being the original inventor of SkyCaddie and SkyMarshall.

RealAllegro takes two pieces of information NOI (Net Operating Income) and NCF (Net Cash Flow) of a property, and then utilizing standards in the industry for underwriting, provides the following:
- Required Appraisal
- Maximum LTV (Loan To Value)
- Annual Debt Service
- Proposed LTV
- Proposed DSCR (Debt Service Coverage Ratio)
as well as at Maturity:
- Remaining Loan Balance
- Remaining LTV
- Remaining DSCR
